Leadership for Organizational Excellence
With over 30 years of sales and training experience, Dave brings a strong background to Sandler Training. After 10 years of owning and operating a successful Sandler Training Center David was recruited by Sandler management to handle the bulk of national and international training for Sandler clients. Dave is considered one of the master trainers in the Sandler organization. He is a passionate and energetic program leader who is truly concerned with helping others to grow and develop.
Recently, Dave has been given the additional responsibility of growing the Leadership for Organizational Excellence program. This new responsibility includes assisting Sandler trainers, worldwide, in marketing, selling, and delivering this program which provides business owners with a roadmap to achieve organizational excellence.
Giving Health to Kids (GHTK) - www.ghtk.ca
Dr. Singh is the founder and President of Giving Health to Kids (GHTK), which is a registered Canadian charity. The goal of the organization is to address the very high infant mortality by developing a sustainable program through comprehensive education and the provision of specialized equipment. This organization has worked in collaboration with the University of Guyana, the Ministry of Health and the Georgetown Public Hospital to develop a pediatric postgraduate residency program. GHTK has worked in collaboration with Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio to develop a one-year neonatal nursing program.
In addition, this organization has raised funds in Canada to purchase equipment to open a new 24 bed neonatal intensive care unit at the main hospital in Georgetown. To date the organization has helped to open NICUs in Linden, New Amsterdam, West Demerara, Suddie and Bartica. GHTK has so far trained 19 pediatricians and more than 70 NICU nurses for the country. Since the inception there has been more than a 50% drop in infant mortality at the Georgetown Hospital.
